01. Nature of the Platform and Our Role as an Intermediary
We are a listing and connection platform, not a party to any contract
HorecaLinks is a digital platform specialized in the hospitality, restaurant and hotel (HORECA) sector in the United Arab Emirates. Our core role is to list opportunities, jobs and services and to connect interested parties with one another.
- The platform acts as a listing intermediary only. It is not an owner, seller, buyer, employer or recruitment agent.
- We are not a party to any agreement, contract, sale or hiring that takes place between users outside the platform.
- All transactions, inspections and final agreements take place outside the platform and at the parties' own responsibility.
- Our exclusive focus on HORECA aims to provide a professional and trusted community that makes it easy for the right opportunity to reach the right person.
By using the platform, you understand and accept our role as a listing intermediary.
02. HORECA Sector Only
The platform is 100% dedicated to the hospitality sector
In our commitment to quality and specialization, HorecaLinks is dedicated exclusively to the HORECA sector, which includes:
- Restaurants, coffee shops, cafeterias and cloud kitchens
- Hotels, hotel apartments and resorts
- Supply, fit-out, equipment and service companies for hospitality
- Professional talent and jobs in the same sector
- Hospitality experts and consultants
The administration has the right to reject or remove any content that does not fall within this specialization without stating reasons, in order to keep the platform professional.
03. Accounts and Your Responsibilities
One account, full responsibility for your content
- You can create one account with multiple purposes (opportunity owner, job seeker, supplier, expert) and manage all its sections from a single dashboard.
- You must be 18 years old or older and provide correct and up-to-date data when registering.
- You are fully responsible for everything you publish, including content, images, numbers and details, and for the accuracy of what you write.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and password, and any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.
- The platform administration has the right to suspend, stop or delete any account that violates the terms, misuses the platform or publishes misleading content, without prior notice.
04. Publishing Opportunities and Jobs, and Content Rules
A core commitment for every advertiser
Every advertiser (whether in the Opportunities, Jobs, Suppliers or any other section) commits to the general terms and to ensuring that what they offer is genuine and not fraudulent, counterfeit, or infringing the rights of others, and commits fully to all laws and regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates.
- By publishing an opportunity or job, you declare that you have the right to publish it, that its details are correct to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorized to publish it.
- The platform does not verify the accuracy of every advertisement on the ground and does not guarantee its accuracy, continuity or availability - an opportunity may have been sold or a job filled without the advertiser updating the listing, which is normal on platforms of this kind.
- Content must relate to the HORECA sector only, as described in clause (2).
- Publishing misleading, false or abusive content, content that violates UAE law, or content that infringes the rights or trademarks of others is prohibited.
- The administration has the right to review content before or after publication, and to reject it, remove it or change its category without stating reasons, in order to maintain the quality of the platform.
- Images and content you upload must be yours or you must have the legal right to use them, and you alone bear responsibility for that.
05. Communication and Dealings Between Parties
- Initial communication takes place through the platform, then actual communication and negotiation move outside it via WhatsApp or the parties' own communication channels.
- The platform does not guarantee the quality, condition or licensing of any opportunity, nor the qualifications, experience or honesty of any job applicant.
- The user must verify for themselves: inspect the site in person, check licenses, contracts and equipment, review applicants and conduct interviews before any commitment or payment.
In the Jobs section - very important notice
HorecaLinks confirms that it does not charge any fees or commissions from job applicants under any name whatsoever, whether registration fees, interview fees, a hiring commission or anything else. The platform does not interfere in salaries or employment contracts or their terms - hiring takes place directly between the employer and the applicant outside the platform and at their full responsibility. Any party that requests fees in the name of the platform is in violation and must be reported immediately.
- The platform is not responsible for any agreement, payment, transfer, loss or dispute that occurs outside it between the parties.
- We always recommend documenting any agreement in a clear contract and through the legal channels approved in the United Arab Emirates.
06. Packages and Payments
Creating an account is free; packages are free and paid
- Creating a basic account and browsing are free.
- We offer free and paid publishing packages that give you additional benefits such as featured visibility, more listings and a longer duration.
- Payments inside the platform are only for publishing packages; the platform does not take any commission or percentage of the value of deals or salaries that take place outside it.
- Paid packages are non-refundable once activated and you have started to benefit from them; you can use them until the end of their term.
- The administration has the right to change package prices or features in the future, with this clarified on the packages page, without affecting currently active packages.
07. Intellectual Property
The design, logo, name, code, general content and visual identity of the platform are fully owned by HorecaLinks, which is owned by HORECA LINKS PORTAL and all rights thereto are reserved.
- The content you publish (listings, images of your projects, descriptions of your services) remains yours, but you grant the platform the right to display and promote it inside and outside the platform for the purpose of marketing the platform.
- Content published by suppliers and experts is the responsibility of its owners and does not necessarily reflect the platform's opinion.
Important warning: It is strictly prohibited to copy, paste, republish, quote or imitate any part of the platform's design, logo, code, general content or identity without prior, explicit written permission from the platform administration. Any violation exposes the violator to legal accountability and to all necessary legal action under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
08. Acceptable Use and Prohibitions
Full compliance with UAE laws
To maintain a professional and safe environment, the following is prohibited:
- Using the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
- Publishing fake or counterfeit goods- or false, fraudulent, abusive or misleading content.
- Publishing content that infringes the intellectual property rights or trademarks of others.
- Attempting to hack the platform, flood it with requests or harmful software, or disrupt it.
- Impersonating others, representing an entity without authorization, or collecting user data without permission.
- Publishing advertisements from outside the HORECA sector or content unrelated to the sector.
- Misusing the WhatsApp feature or harassing others with repeated or unwanted messages.
- Advertisers imposing any fees on job applicants in the name of the platform or under any other name.
09. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or continuity of the content or its freedom from errors.
Regarding the Hospitality Expertise section
The content of the Hospitality Expertise section (previous works, explanatory videos, frequently asked questions with ready answers, and expert tips) is general guidance, past experiences and personal opinions for education and information purposes only, and in no way constitutes a guarantee of the success of any project, investment, job or deal. The success of any project depends on many changing factors. The user must assess this, verify for themselves and make their decision at their own responsibility, and it is advisable to consult a legal or financial specialist when needed.
- The platform does not guarantee that any opportunity, job, supplier or expert will achieve particular results, profits or confirmed employment.
- The platform bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, damage, expenses or loss of benefit resulting from your use of the platform, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with advertisers or applicants outside it.
- Each party alone bears the accuracy, credibility and continuity of what they publish, and their responsibility for complying with all laws and regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates.
- In all cases, the maximum liability the platform may bear, if any, shall not exceed in total the amount you paid to the platform for a publishing package (if any) during the last 3 months.
10. Modifications, Contact and Governing Law
UAE laws are the reference
- The platform administration has the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time to keep pace with legal or operational developments, and the updated version will be published on the same page with an updated "last updated" date.
- Your continued use of the platform after the amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

- These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any dispute arising from the use of the platform falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United Arab Emirates.
